Below you will find information about registering to become a food vendor at the 2019 Clendenin Homecoming Festival. Complete the online form or download and complete the print form.
You must register to be a food vendor during the 2019 Clendenin Homecoming Festival June 21, 23. There is a $200 registration fee for food booths. Deadline to register is June 1, 2019.
PARTICIPATION POLICIES BOOTH SPACE: All set up items (tents, chairs, tables, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor. A 12′ x 12′ booth space will be provided. If you require more space you will need to purchase additional booth spaces.
HOURS: Vendors will be notified with a specific time prior to the festival for setup. All vehicles must be unloaded, moved, and booths ready for buyers by 10:30 am on June 21,2019.
Vendors must check in before setting up; you will receive your booth location upon check-in. If extra time is needed for booth set up, let us know and arrangements may be able to be made.
USE OF IMAGES: By participating in the Clendenin Homecoming Festival, vendors consent that their images may be used for CHF publicity including social media.
SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own booth. Clendenin Homecoming Festival is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. We will have Overnight Security on site for the Festival.

Full payment and all documentation must be received before space will be assigned. Due to limited space, you will be notified if you have been accepted or declined. (If declined, all Fees will be returned to you)
