Below you will find information about registering to become a craft vendor at the 2020 Clendenin Homecoming Festival as well as other CHF events though out the year. Complete the online form and submit.

You must pre-register for any craft vendor events with the Clendenin Homecoming Festival. We accept Vendors on a “First Paid” basis. Applications are filed by the date we receive your application and vendor fee. If there is a duplicate vendor, we go by first one received. We will notify you of your status either way.

The current events and fees are as follows:

Clendenin Homecoming Festival Queen Pageant-

Ages 13 years-Mrs. –Vendors

Registration Fee: $25 (includes space and 1 table; additional tables $10 each)
Date: March 28, 2020
Time: 7:00 pm  (But Vendors can set up at 10 am and stay all day)
Location: Elkview Middle School
Indoor Booth Space:  10 x 10

Clendenin Homecoming Festival Children’s Pageant-Ages 0-12 years-Vendors

Registration Fee: $25 (includes space and 1 table; additional tables $10 each)
Date: April 18, 2020
Time: 10 am
Location: Clendenin First Baptist Activities Building, 500 Virginia Ave. Clendenin, WV 25045
Indoor Booth Space: 10 x 10

2020 Clendenin Homecoming Festival-Vendors

Registration Fee: $80 includes all 3 days (includes space only); $100 includes space w/ electric
Date(s): June 5-7, 2020
Location: Town of Clendenin
Outdoor booth space: 10 x 10

Additional Information

PARTICIPATION POLICIES BOOTH SPACE: All setup items (tents, chairs, tables, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor. A 10′ x 10′ booth space will be provided. If you require more space you will need to purchase additional booth spaces.

HOURS: Vendors will be notified with a specific time prior to the event for setup. Vendors must check-in before setting up; you will receive your booth location upon check-in. If extra time is needed for booth set up, let us know and arrangements may be able to be made.

SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own booth. Clendenin Homecoming Festival is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. We will have Overnight Security on site for the Festival in June.


Full payment and all documentation must be received before space will be assigned. Due to limited space, you will be notified if you have been accepted or declined.

Complete the Vendor Request Form below and someone will contact you to let you know if you have been approved to be a Clendenin Homecoming Festival vendor. If approved, you will be sent the registration and Payment link.
